Guidewire Policycentre Developer

Role Descriptions:

CLOUD CERTIFICATION IS MANDATORY

• Minimum 4+ years experience in Configuration/integration and Guidewire Implementations in Policy Center
  
• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2ee (EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Web Services, JMS, JPA).
  
• Able to configure/Integrate the applications using XML and GOSU
  
• Insurance Knowledge specifically Personal Lines Claims and Commercial Claims
  
• Relational Database and Data Modeling experience
  
• Cloud certified(atleast Associate certification)
  
• Strong Java server-side programming experience with a solid understanding of object-oriented concepts
  
• Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies
  
• Experience with messaging, Webservices and database connectivity
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  

The primary functions of this role consist of:

• Responsible for designing and implementing Configuration/integration points between external applications/services and the Guidewire platforms
  
• Partner with client business teams to understand business objectives and configuration/integration requirements
  
• Produce technical design documents for configuration/integration points
  
• Develop custom configuration/integration points to connect Guidewire applications with other internal and external systems
