Skills:
Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration or integration
Experience with PolicyCenter data model, workflows, and business processes
Proficiency in GOSU programming language
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio and configuration tools
Experience with SOAP/REST web services for Guidewire integrations
Knowledge of messaging, batch processes, and plugins
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
Solid understanding of Java and Object-Oriented Programming concepts
Experience with Guidewire Cloud or containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Relevant Guidewire certifications preferred

Communicate with clients to gather business and technical requirements
Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business needs
Provide regular status updates and ensure clear communication with stakeholders
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Design functional and technical solutions aligned with client objectives
Participate in application development, including coding, configuration, and customization in Guidewire PolicyCenter
Review and optimize code to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with existing systems
Ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and quality guidelines
Lead small to medium-sized teams, assign tasks, and monitor project progress
Mentor and support team members by providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Manage project risks, issues, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
Stay updated with the latest Guidewire technologies, tools, and industry trends
Recommend process improvements and innovative technical solutions
