Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire implementations and AMS support. The candidate should have worked on multiple end-to-end Guidewire engagements and possess solid technical and domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter components across policy lifecycle.
Work on cloud/on-cloud Guidewire environments, supporting deployment,configuration, integration, and maintenance activities.
Participate in end-to-end implementations and/or AMS projects, including enhancements, defect resolution, and production support.
Develop and customize business rules, PCF, Gosu, product model, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support system upgrades, performance tuning, and platform optimization.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
6 10 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Must have worked on at least 2 3 Guidewire Implementation or AMS projects.
Strong experience in:
o Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and extension
o Gosu, PCF, product model, rules, and workflows
Experience working in on-prime/on-cloud Guidewire environments.
Good understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Experience with integrations, batch jobs, and web services is a plus.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications
Guidewire ACE Certification Added Advantage (not mandatory)
Nice to Have
Exposure to other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter / ClaimCenter).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
