Job Title: Guidewire Integration PolicyCenter Developer

Experience: 5 10 Years Location: Offshore

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Integration PolicyCenter Developer to design, develop, and support integrations for Guidewire PolicyCenter within a complex insurance ecosystem. The role involves working closely with business, onshore stakeholders, and third-party systems to deliver scalable and high-quality integration solutions aligned to insurance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations with internal and external systems using Guidewire integration frameworks.

Build and support integrations using SOAP/REST web services, messaging (JMS), XML, JSON, and file-based interfaces.

Customize and extend PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, and Guidewire APIs.

Implement and support synchronous and asynchronous integrations including inbound and outbound services.

Work on error handling, logging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of integration issues.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.

Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, and production support activities.

Support upgrade initiatives and impact analysis for PolicyCenter and integrated systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 10 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations.

Solid expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) data model and integration architecture.

Strong coding experience in Gosu.

Hands-on experience with web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, XSD, and WSDL.

Experience integrating PolicyCenter with systems such as billing, claims, rating engines, document management, or third-party vendors.

Good understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business processes.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have / Added Value

Guidewire ACE (Associate / Developer / Integration) Certification strong added advantage.

Experience with other Guidewire products like BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or Digital Portals.

Exposure to cloud environments or DevOps pipelines.

Experience working with offshore onshore delivery models and client-facing teams.
