Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ETL Developer with strong expertise in Cloud Data Access (CDA) and Azure DevOps to support our data migration and integration initiatives for Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ETL processes using Guidewire CDA for data migration from legacy systems.

  • Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and loading into Guidewire systems.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for ETL jobs and related components.

  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs for performance, failures, and data integrity.

  • Document technical specifications, mappings, and migration processes.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire CDA

  • Strong understanding of Guidewire Data Model (PC/BC/CC)

  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts)

  • Solid knowledge of SQL, data profiling, and cleansing techniques

  • Experience in large-scale data migration projects

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Guidewire Configuration or Integration

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards
