Responsibilities Experience: 4 10 years
- Design, develop, and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter modules using GOSU and Java.
- Configure product models, rating worksheets, underwriting rules, and policy transactions.
- Develop extensions, plugins, and web services for PolicyCenter integration.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules design through deployment.
- Debug and optimize complex workflows, rating algorithms, and policy administration processes.
- Participate in performance tuning and ensure compliance with coding standards.
- Work closely with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce delivery discipline under tight deadlines.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter v10+ development.
- Strong GOSU programming and Java expertise.
- Deep understanding of policy transactions (submission, policy change, renewal, cancellation).
- Strong knowledge of Rating Management and PolicyCenter product model.
- Experience with Integration Frameworks (web services, messaging, batch, REST/SOAP).
- Strong database knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).
- Prior experience in Agile delivery environments.
