Position- Guidewire Developer
Exp- 8+ yrs
Location- Remote
Shift- General IST
Required Skills Experience:
  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud
  • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one Guidewire XCenter (any one is fine):
  • PolicyCenter
  • BillingCenter
  • ClaimCenter
  • Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patterns
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud architecture, deployment models, and cloud-based integrations
  • Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Guidewire certifications
  • PC Insurance domain expertise
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and event-driven architecture
  • Agile/Scrum experience
