Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Integration Developer with strong expertise in PolicyCenter Integration, Cloud API, and Guidewire integration frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and external systems using Guidewire Cloud APIs, messaging, and web services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Guidewire Cloud API (REST APIs).
• Build and enhance inbound and outbound integrations using SOAP/REST web services.
• Configure and develop messaging, plugins, batch processes, and event-driven integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements.
• Develop integration solutions using Gosu and Guidewire integration frameworks.
• Perform API development, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure integration solutions follow Guidewire best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.
• Create technical design documents and maintain integration documentation.
• Optimize API performance and ensure secure integration with third-party applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development.
• Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud API.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire Integration Framework.
• Expertise in Gosu programming.
• Experience with JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, and API integration.
• Experience with messaging, plugins, batch processes, and event messaging.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of Guidewire Data Model.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite architecture.
• Experience with integration middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Camel.
• Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging technologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Guidewire Certification (PolicyCenter Developer or Integration Specialist) is preferred.
