Job Summary
As a Guidewire Developer, you'll design, develop, customize, and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality insurance applications in an Agile environment.

Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Guidewire integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain integrations using the Guidewire Integration Framework, SOAP, REST APIs, JMS, and Batch Processes.
- Customize and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter configurations and Rating functionality.
- Develop scalable and reusable technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8 - 15 years of IT experience with strong Guidewire PolicyCenter development expertise.
- Hands-on experience in GW PC Rating & Configuration Development (Mandatory).
- Experience with Guidewire Integration Framework, SOAP, REST APIs, JMS, and Batch Processing.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture and enterprise integrations.
- Exposure to Advanced Product Designer (APD) and Configuration (Preferred).
- Knowledge of Java, GOSU, XML, SQL, and Insurance Domain concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
