Guest Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Guest Relation Executive to manage guest interactions and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating appointments, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth front-office operations while maintaining the company's service standards.

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the project and services.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions and site visit experiences.
• Schedule and manage customer appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain visitor records and update customer information in the CRM.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer feedback professionally.
• Ensure the reception and customer lounge are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Preferred candidate profile : Willing to Work in Medchal Hyderabad. Only female candidates prefered
