Handle check-in andcheck-out efficiently

Answer calls and respondto inquiries politely

Provide accurateinformation about hotel services and local attractions

Maintain guest recordsand ensure data accuracy

Handle cash transactionsand billing procedures

Manage room bookings andreservations

Coordinate withhousekeeping and other departments

Monitor guest safety andreport issues when needed

Follow company policies,procedures, and standards

Ensure smooth shifthandovers

Attend training sessionsand meetings regularly
