  • Responsibilities:Lectures and Presentations:Deliver high-quality and engaging lectures on biochemistry topics to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students
  • Create and deliver presentations that effectively convey complex scientific concepts
  • Laboratory Supervision:Oversee and guide students during laboratory sessions, experiments, and research projects
  • Provide hands-on instruction and ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed
  • Course Content Development:Develop course materials, syllabi, and assessments that align with program objectives and learning outcomes
  • Incorporate innovative teaching methods, technology, and real-world applications
  • Student Engagement:Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and collaboration
  • Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students through office hours and interactions
  • Assessment and Evaluation:Design and administer quizzes, exams, and assignments to assess student understanding and knowledge
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance
  • Research and Scholarly Activities:Contribute to academic research, publications, and scholarly activities in the field of biochemistry
  • Encourage students' involvement in research projects and presentations
  • Professional Development:Stay updated on the latest advancements in biochemistry through continuous learning, attending conferences, and staying informed about current research
  • Departmental Collaboration:Collaborate with fellow faculty members on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
  • Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and academic planning
