Key Responsibilities Market Research Growth Intelligence

Conduct market research across pharmaceutical, healthcare, AdTech, and digital ecosystems
Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, market gaps, and emerging growth opportunities
Track competitor activity, product positioning, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies
Develop market sizing and opportunity analyses

Strategic Initiatives Business Growth

Support leadership in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
Assist in developing strategic growth plans for new products, verticals, and partnerships
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on growth initiatives
Translate market insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies

Pitch Narratives Strategic Storytelling

Develop client-facing presentations, industry POVs, case studies, and market insight decks
Create compelling strategic narratives and pitch materials
Support RFP responses, strategic proposals, and leadership presentations

Competitive Intelligence

Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, messaging, partnerships, and product innovations
Build intelligence dashboards and strategic trackers for leadership visibility
Identify differentiation opportunities and white spaces in the market

Collaboration Execution

Partner with internal teams to align growth opportunities with product capabilities and market demand
Participate in brainstorming sessions around GTM strategy, positioning, and market expansion
Support leadership with ad hoc research, analysis, and strategic projects

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent from premium institutes only
2 6 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic insights
Understanding of healthcare/pharma digital ecosystem preferred
Good experience in using AI tools
