Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Define and lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Intuit's FP&A capabilities, delivering scalable solutions to real-world finance challenges.
  • Drive adoption of next-generation AI-powered financial tools, delivering use cases that increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and financial insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in finance, engineering, data, and design to build customer-centric products.
  • Actively champion durable platform capabilities and build solutions with speed, scalability, and reusability in mind.
  • Lead competitive analysis and identify innovative opportunities to differentiate Intuit's FP&A offerings in the market.
  • Build a deep understanding of the CFO tech stack, connecting systems across finance, analytics, and data workflows.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging tools and platforms, especially in AI and analytics, to ensure the product remains cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate across the organization to remove blockers, align priorities, and increase decision-making velocity.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and high-performance across your product area.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of product management experience building and scaling complex platform products.
  • Proven experience delivering core financial products such as FP&A, or a strong consulting background in FP&A domains.
  • Demonstrated track record of applying Generative AI and Agentic AI in product development.
  • Experience leading enterprise-level transformations using AI to power business use cases, ideally in marketing or finance.
  • Deep domain fluency in finance, data, and technology, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • For Group Product Manager: 3+ years of people management experience, with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision and translate it into clear, measurable roadmaps.
  • Skilled in navigating and influencing within matrixed environments.
  • Strong customer empathy with the ability to uncover business needs and synthesize insights into action.
  • Experience assessing competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, and platform solutions in the CFO tech ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
