Applicant must have following competencies:

1. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
2. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and composition.
3. Ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and logos.
4. Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
5. Knowledge of video editing techniques, including cutting, trimming, and transitions.
6. Understanding of color grading, audio editing, and visual effects.
7. Experience in creating animations or motion graphics using software like Adobe After Effects or Blender.
8. Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific requirements for graphics and video content (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
9. Ability to adapt to different styles and branding guidelines.
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
11. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
12. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members or clients.
13. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing.
