Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Leadraft, you will be the visual voice for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will work alongside our Digital Marketing Managers and Content Strategists to produce high-impact visuals for social media, paid ad campaigns, and brand identity projects.

Your Mission: To stop the scroll. You will design creatives that capture attention in less than 3 seconds on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Creatives: Design engaging static and carousel posts for our clients social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, FB) that align with their monthly content calendars.
• Performance Ad Creatives: Create high-conversion visuals for Facebook and Google Ads. You understand that an ad creative needs a strong hook and clear CTA.
• Branding Identity: Assist in creating logos, brand guidelines, and brochures for new businesses launching in Vizag and beyond.
• Motion Graphics (Bonus): Create simple animations, GIFs, or Reels covers to increase engagement, which is highly valued at Leadraft.
• Web Assets: Design banners, landing page elements, and icons for website projects.
• Collaboration: Brainstorm with the marketing team to turn raw ideas into polished visual campaigns.

Skills Requirements

• Software Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a massive plus for us.
• Design Eye: Strong understanding of typography, color psychology, and layout. You know why Comic Sans is forbidden and why White Space is essential.
• Marketing Mindset: You understand the difference between a brand awareness post and a lead generation ad.
• Deadlines: Agency life is fast-paced. You must be able to manage multiple client briefs simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Local Context: Understanding the Vizag market trends (consumer behavior in Andhra Pradesh) is an added advantage.
