ClearIAS is looking for a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and engaging graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content to enhance our online educational platform and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for ClearIAS online platform, including website, social media, blog posts, and educational materials.
- Brand Identity: Ensure that all graphic materials adhere to ClearIAS brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to integrate graphics seamlessly into educational content, enhancing user engagement and understanding.
- Conceptualization: Generate creative and innovative design concepts for various projects, including marketing campaigns, infographics, video content, and more.
- Multimedia Production: Develop animations, videos, and interactive content to enhance the learning experience for CSE aspirants.
- Image Editing: Edit and enhance images for use in web and print materials, ensuring high quality and resolution.
- Deadline Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design software updates, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as multimedia and animation software.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute design briefs.
- Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design is a plus.
