Job Description


Role Objective: The Graphic Designer in Sebamed will be responsible for building high-performing visual creatives across marketplaces and digital media platforms. The role combines design thinking with performance understanding, creating platform-native creatives that drive conversion, improve CTR, and strengthen brand recall.

You will work closely with performance marketing, brand, and marketplace teams to continuously test, optimize, and scale creatives across Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, D2C, Meta and Google ecosystems. The role also involves optimizing A+ and B+ content and leveraging AI tools to increase creative velocity while maintaining brand consistency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Creative Development for Performance Platforms

You will create platform-specific creatives designed to convert, not just look good.

  • Design static, motion and short-format video creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplace ads
  • Build multiple creative variations based on hooks, audience intent, and funnel stage
  • Adapt creatives to platform behaviours (scroll-stopping vs search-intent vs product-comparison formats)
  • Collaborate with performance team to interpret CTR, CVR and engagement metrics into design iterations
  • Create thumb-stopping creatives optimized for mobile-first consumption

Marketplace & E-commerce Creative Optimization

  • Design and continuously optimize Amazon A+ content and Flipkart B+ content modules
  • Improve product page storytelling, hierarchy, and conversion-focused layouts
  • Create brand stores, listing images, comparison charts and infographics
  • Align creatives with keyword intent and consumer decision journey
  • Work with catalog team to ensure consistency across SKU families and variants

Creative Testing & Iteration

  • Participate in weekly creative performance reviews
  • Understand what worked, why it worked, and where it works
  • Translate data insights into design changes (layout, CTA, messaging, hierarchy)
  • Maintain versioning and structured testing frameworks (hook, benefit, proof, format testing)
  • Develop reusable creative templates for scaling campaigns

AI-Assisted Creative Production

  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, adaptation, and scaling of creatives
  • Generate variations of backgrounds, compositions, and formats efficiently
  • Create modular design systems that allow high-volume output without quality drop
  • Stay updated on emerging creative production tools and workflows

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Professional Experience and Relevant Skills

  • Experience: 34 years in digital design, performance creatives, or e-commerce brand design (beauty/FMCG preferred)
  • Strong understanding of platform creative requirements (Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart)
  • Ability to design conversion-oriented creatives, not only brand creatives
  • Hands-on experience with A+ / B+ content creation
  • Familiarity with creative analytics (CTR, CVR, engagement metrics)
  • Working knowledge of AI-based creative tools and scalable workflowsRole & responsibilities
