We’re building brand experiences for hospitality clients who deserve more than pretty mockups. We need a Senior Designer who treats every brief like a puzzle worth solving.

Research first, functionality always, brand story front and center.

What you bring:

• A real process. You don’t just “get inspired,” you dig, explore multiple directions, and can walk us through why option B beats option A
• At least 1 year of brand experience, bonus points if you’ve been part of a branding team and shipped real branding projects
• The confidence to defend your design choices in a room, not just present slides
• Leadership chops: You’re ready to guide a junior designer and an intern, delegate comfortably, and make them better designers along the way
• Creative thinking that’s grounded: Messaging and artwork that actually serves the brand, not just looks nice.
