Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of all creative deliverables including brochures, flyers, newsletters, social media creatives, GIFs, videos, and print materials
Develop visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Apply strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and composition
Lead and execute video concepts, including direction, editing, and motion graphics
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into effective visual communication
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all channels and campaigns
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools)
Strong expertise in motion graphics and video editing
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
Knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage
