Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 03 years of experience in the digital space. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both product and visual design, with the ability to translate ideas into high-quality, engaging creatives across digital platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to understand design briefs and deliver creative solutions
• Conceptualize and design creatives for digital platforms including social media, websites, campaigns, and ads
• Develop innovative and audience-relevant design ideas aligned with brand guidelines
• Execute end-to-end design projects from ideation to final delivery
• Adapt designs based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving design trends
• Ensure consistency in visual identity across all assets
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Functional Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong understanding of digital design (social media, ads, web creatives)
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Strong visual sense: typography, color, layout, composition
• Ability to take ownership and deliver end-to-end design work
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and digital work
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-output environment
