Graphic Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can comfortably wear both hats, someone who can design sharp static creatives for social, in-store, and performance campaigns, and also cut clean, engaging videos (reels, ads, brand films, store-opening content). Basic-to-intermediate video editing skills are perfectly fine; what matters more is speed, taste, and a genuine interest in using AI tools to elevate both design and video output.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design creatives for social media, performance marketing, in-store collateral, website and store launch campaigns
• Edit videos for reels, ads, brand campaigns, and store openings, from raw footage to polished output
• Use AI tools (image generation, editing, video, upscaling, etc.) to speed up production and explore new creative styles
• Work closely with the brand team to translate campaign ideas into high-quality visual assets
• Maintain consistency in brand look and feel across a fast-growing store network and multiple campaigns running in parallel
• Manage multiple design and video requests at once, balancing quality with quick turnaround

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with working knowledge of video editing
• Strong hands-on skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro / CapCut (or equivalent)
• Comfortable using AI tools for design and video work, and curious to keep exploring new ones
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, colour, and pacing
• Ability to take a brief and run with it independently, while being open to feedback
• Bonus: experience in retail, D2C, or fashion/lifestyle brand design
