Graphic Designer

Role Details

• Location: Delhi or Bengaluru
• Mode of Work: Remote
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)
• Compensation: 50,000-52,000 pm
• Experience: 2-4 years
• Industry Preference: Prior experience in a garment or apparel company would be an advantage
• Preference: Immediate Joining

The role will involve supporting the team across a broad range of creative requirements, including:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and communication objectives.
• Designing visually appealing static and dynamic creatives for brochures, flyers, social media posts, presentations, advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Conceptualizing and developing graphics, animations, and videos that effectively convey the company's brand and messaging.
• Supporting video projects end-to-end, including ideation, storyboarding, editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery of short-form content.
• Working with the team to ensure timely delivery of assets while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
• Developing visual formats, layouts, and design resources for key projects, including the 50 Years campaign and the annual Company Calendar.
• Reviewing design collaterals against established quality checklists and incorporating feedback as required.
• Staying updated with design trends, software, and video production techniques to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Attending virtual or in-person meetings, as required, and supporting other related assignments from time to time.
