Job Description

  • Working Knowledge and experience in Brand Identity Design, Packaging Design and Communication Design.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and conceptualize.
  • Strong understanding of global practices in branding, brand standards and print design.
  • Good sense of typography and layout aesthetics.
  • Should have good design sense with an eye for detail when reviewing creatives and content, with a laser sharp focus on spotting mistakes, as well as accuracy in meeting requirements and specifications.
  • A Good understanding of pre-press needs.
  • A Good understanding of Digital Mediums
  • Ability to balance workflow and deadlines.
  • As the role grows, so will your key responsibilities and it will be expected that the successful candidate is able to keep up with the changing needs of the business.
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic about the creative field.
SCOPE OF WORK : on a day-to-day basis:
  • You will be crafting creatives to be used across print and digital mediums.
  • This will include Brand Videos, Social / Print Ads, Packaging and communication materials at various stages of the Brands we manage.
  • Rise to creative challenges as they occur on a day-to-day basis.
  • Occasionally you would be working under pressure to meet deadlines for larger projects.
ELIGIBILITY
  • A Creative Mind.
    Background in Fine Arts.
    Prior Professional Agency experience would be desirable.
  • Proficiency in essential Design Software and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite - especially, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects as well as Corel Draw Graphics Suite).
  • Basic Knowledge of 3D software would be an advantage.
