Role & responsibilities

Design modern, responsive Website UI/UX and Landing Pages
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems
Design websites using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI tools
Create branding materials including: Logo Design, Business Cards, Brochures, Flyers, Company Profiles, Menu Cards, ID Cards, Banners & Standees
Design high-quality creatives for: Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads
LinkedIn Campaigns, Display Ads
Create engaging Infographics and GIF creatives
Design product creatives for E-commerce platforms
Design website banners, category pages, product pages, and promotional creatives
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all marketing materials
Optimize creatives for web performance and user experience
Stay updated with the latest design trends and UI/UX best practices

Preferred candidate profile / Required Skills

Strong expertise in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD
Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design
Good typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy knowledge
Experience designing for websites, mobile apps, and digital campaigns
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
Knowledge of motion graphics or Adobe After Effects will be a plus
Experience with Canva is an added advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
English and Hindi communication preferred
