Job Description
- Design versatile visual assets across touchpoints: marketing website, digital campaigns, social, email, print collateral, packaging, events, and merch.
- Create motion and animated content for ads, social, micro-videos, product explainers, and in-app experiences.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, illustration style and an asset library to ensure visual consistency.
- Storyboard, concept and execute short-form and long-form motion pieces; handle editing, compositing, and delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Design to translate briefs into measurable creative that supports acquisition, activation and retention goals.
- Own projects from brief iteration delivery: plan timelines, iterate on feedback, and ensure high quality final assets.
- Optimize creative for platform-specific constraints and performance (file size, runtime, aspect ratios, accessibility).
- Run creative A/B tests, analyze performance signals, and refine assets based on data.
- Mentor/juggle external vendors and freelancers when needed for takeaways or larger video shoots.
- Contribute to a culture of design critique, process improvements, and staying current with design motion trends
