Job Description
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Handle residential customer enquiries via different channels (telephone, e-mail, agents, walk-ins etc.)
- Develop a rapport with customers and arrange for / personally take the customer on site visits
- Arranging Site visits and follow-up for sales closures
- Scout for new sales opportunities through client references
- Regularly interact with customers and respond to all customer queries and complaints; Escalate issues to superiors
- To develop a network of channel partners.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Learn to manage and nurture client relationships to foster customer loyalty and business growth.
