Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy conversational interfaces using Dialogflow CX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate Dialogflow CX with other systems such as SFDC (Salesforce) to create seamless customer experiences.
- Troubleshoot issues related to dialogflow flows, intents, entities, and integrations.
