Golang Developer- Python

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable full-stack applications across web, API, cloud, and data platforms. 
• Build secure, reliable, and reusable software components that deliver business value and superior user experiences. 
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation while promoting engineering best practices. 
• Drive application performance, scalability, security, observability, and operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to technical roadmaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and execution.
  

Qualifications - External

• 9 years of experience in full-stack software development with modern web and cloud technologies. 
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. 
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. 
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and secure coding standards. 
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and cloud-native application development.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, solve complex technical problems, and influence technical decisions.

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare technology, AI/ML solutions, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
