Role & responsibilities
Role Overview
Primary Skills: Go Lang, PostgreSQL on Azure, Azure (Frontier/Copilot routing, Azure VM, repo access)
Hands-on developers working within pods under their respective Tech Leads. Responsible for implementation of specs, rule configs, API stubs, test suites, and UI components.
Responsibilities
- Implement rule configurations, Go evaluators, and typed plugins per locked specs
- Develop REST API endpoints and integration stubs
- Build Admin UI components for rule authoring and versioning
- Write unit, integration, and E2E tests from locked specs (TDD/BDD approach)
- Participate in parity testing: synthetic test suite + 6-month dual-run data analysis
- Contribute to evidence pack preparation: traceability matrix, architecture docs
Required Skills & Experience
- 36 years in full-stack software development
- Go (Golang) backend development
- PostgreSQL, REST APIs
- React or Angular frontend development
- Git, CI/CD pipelines
- GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted coding tools a plus
- Healthcare claims or payer domain a pl
