Job Description
Core Duties
- Work in a development team to develop integrated HCM SaaS product using Golang, MongoDB VueJs.
- Perform design and development of web based applications APIs.
- Work closely with quality assurance team to ensure delivery of high quality and reliable web applications.
- Develop databases including queries, document, deployment, etc.
- Monitor application performance at post-deployment stage and make necessary changes if needed.
- Interact with customers to define project features and requirements.
- Resolve application defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Works collaboratively with Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project.

Education
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 5+ years experience as Golang Full stack Developer
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Should have good experience in Golang/ Python Programming Language, MongoDB/SQL Server.
- Hands on experience in Go routine and channel patterns, Go web frameworks.
- Hands-on experience MongoDB/SQL Server.
- Hands on experience with AngularJs/VueJs/ReactJs.
- Good Knowledge and Experience in OOPS, HTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript and JQuery.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN etc
- Agile/Scrum based experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in HRMS module development will be an added advantage.
