Golang Developer

Job Summary

Hands-on full-stack developer with 3–6 years of experience, specializing in Go (Golang) backend development, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs, coupled with React or Angular for frontend. This role involves the implementation of specifications, rule configurations, API stubs, test suites, and UI components, including comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E testing. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines is essential, with a plus for those familiar with AI-assisted coding tools and the healthcare claims or payer domain.

About the Role

Hands-on developers working within pods under their respective Tech Leads. Responsible for implementation of specs, rule configs, API stubs, test suites, and UI components.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement rule configurations, Go evaluators, and typed plugins per locked specs
• Develop REST API endpoints and integration stubs
• Build Admin UI components for rule authoring and versioning
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests from locked specs (TDD/BDD approach)
• Participate in parity testing: synthetic test suite + 6-month dual-run data analysis
• Contribute to evidence pack preparation: traceability matrix, architecture docs
