Gokaldas Exports - Senior Manager - Business Analysis & Process Excellence (12-15 yrs)

Role Overview:

Role will be responsible to drive process improvement and operational excellence across the organisation. Involves analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Improvement:

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Evaluate existing processes, conduct gap analysis, and recommend improvement opportunities.

- Develop business cases, process maps, and improvement roadmaps.

- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and process optimisation projects.

- Standardise processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends and performance gaps.

- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.

- Track project outcomes and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects and monitor timelines, risks, and deliverables.

- Collaborate with Operations and other business functions to implement process improvements.

- Facilitate workshops and support digital transformation and change management initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.

- 12-15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.

- Hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma projects; Black Belt certification is compulsory.

- Experience in manufacturing industrial experience is must.

- Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

- Business Process Mapping (BPMN, SIPOC, VSM).

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Process Re-engineering.

- Data Analysis and KPI Development.

- Project & Change Management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel.

- Power BI or Tableau.

- SQL (preferred).

- Microsoft Visio.

- ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

- Microsoft PowerPoint.
