- 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using GoAnywhere MFT.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining GoAnywhere Projects, Workflows, and automated file transfer processes.
- Hands-on expertise with secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2.
- Experience in user administration, partner onboarding, trading partner management, and access control configuration.
- Proficient in scheduler configuration, workflow automation, file monitoring, and event-based processing.
- Strong knowledge of PGP encryption/decryption, SSL/TLS, certificate management, and secure file transfer best practices.
- Good understanding of GoAnywhere Gateway, Secure Mail, and networking fundamentals including Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies, and SSL/TLS communication.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, certificate, authentication, and file transfer issues, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
