Design and implement cloud contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
Develop Amazon Connect flows and integrate AWS Lambda and Lex bots
Collaborate with solution architects to define AWS-based contact center architecture
Support cloud transformation strategy and vendor assessment activities
Create business cases and transformation approaches for contact center migration
Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses and demos
Integrate contact center platforms with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
Apply programming skills in Node.js, Python, or Java for solution development
Stay updated with AWS certifications and training
Work effectively in remote and global environments

Qualification
