Global Recruiter

• 8 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on senior and niche skillset hiring
• Proven experience in leading global hiring efforts, preferrable in both the U.S. and India.
• Prior experience recruiting for roles in management or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of technical stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Data Engineering, Snowflake, Python, etc.)
• Exposure to healthcare domain hiring is highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Jobvite, with the ability to leverage them for pipeline management, reporting, and process optimization
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Advanced proficiency sourcing passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other applicable job board.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end recruitment with minimal supervision
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple open requisition
• Willingness to work overlapping U.S. hours, anticipated up until 12 PM CT
• High level of discretion, integrity, and judgment in handling sensitive information
• Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions
• Ability to remain composed, resilient, and professional in high-pressure or fast-paced situations
• Proven ability to operate independently by managing multiple requisitions, taking ownership of responsibilities, prioritizing effectively, and consistently delivering results on time with minimal oversight
• Excellent written communication skills with professional formatting, grammar, and clarity
• Confident verbal communication, including active listening and concise presentation of relevant information
