Gifts Hampers Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Gifts Hampers Designer to join the Corporate Gifting team at FNP. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative corporate hampers, gift packaging solutions, and branded merchandise that align with client requirements, occasions, and brand aesthetics.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sensibility, excellent visualization skills, and a solid understanding of materials, packaging structures, and production processes. You should be proficient in design tools such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop and have the ability to transform ideas into impactful gifting experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hamper & Product Design: Design and develop creative corporate gifting hampers, packaging concepts, and branded merchandise for clients across industries.
• Concept Development: Create mood boards, visual concepts, mockups, and presentation-ready designs for client proposals and internal reviews.
• Client Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with internal teams to understand client briefs and translate requirements into innovative gifting solutions.
• Packaging Design: Develop packaging structures, layouts, and design concepts while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and successful execution.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and manufacturers for sampling, prototyping, and production execution.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on gifting, packaging, materials, and design trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation into product development.
• Artwork & Production Support: Prepare production-ready artwork files and ensure timely delivery of approved concepts and designs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 5 years of experience in Product Design, Packaging Design, Corporate Gifting, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of materials such as wood, acrylic, metal, paper, fabric, plastic, and related substrates.
• Knowledge of printing techniques, fabrication methods, packaging production, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, color theory, typography, and packaging design trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate gifting, luxury packaging, retail merchandising, or promotional products.
• Knowledge of product sampling, vendor management, and production coordination.
• Experience creating 3D mockups, presentation decks, or product visualization concepts.
• A portfolio showcasing packaging, gifting, branding, or product design projects.
