German Language Trainer

Background in study-abroad or higher-ed recruitment Familiarity with German university systems and visa processes Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms) for course design or outreach Experience with virtual teaching platforms and digital learning tools Native or C2-level German proficiency and fluent English communication 2+ years experience teaching German (DaF/DaZ certification preferred) 2+ years BD or sales experience, ideally in education or language training sector Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Google Workspace High discretion, self-motivation and ability to work independently in remote environment Design & deliver German courses for students and internal teams (curriculum, materials, assessments) Identify, prospect & close partnerships with German universities, agencies and language schools Generate leads, manage outreach campaigns and maintain CRM for BD pipeline Represent Qogent at webinars, fairs and networking events in German-education space Coordinate with admissions, marketing and operations to align training & BD efforts
