Job Description
Build, deploy, and maintain production AI systems while working on end-to-end AI ML pipelines and optimizing models for performance and scalability.
Job Summary: Work on building and maintaining production-ready AI systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
What You ll Work On:
- Build, deploy, and maintain production AI systems.
- Take ownership of end-to-end AI ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, validation, deployment, monitoring).
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with founders, engineering, and product teams to ship AI features.
- Monitor live models, handle retraining, and improve model quality over time.
- Improve AI, MLOps, and deployment infrastructure.
What We re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience building and running production AI ML systems.
- Strong Computer Science background with knowledge in NLP / Computer Vision.
- Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, SQL, graph databases, load balancing.
- Experience tracking experiments and models (e.g., MLflow).
- Strong understanding of AI foundations, LLMs, and model internals.
- Experience deploying AI systems using Docker, docker-compose, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with model monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD for AI/ML.
- Practical experience with GenAI approaches like RAG.
- Experience with multi-agent AI systems is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience scaling AI/ML systems in production.
- Strong MLOps mindset.
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Startup or product-based environment experience.
- Experience owning AI features end-to-end.
- Familiarity with MCP / A2A protocol and agentic frameworks.
- DevOps and ETL experience is a plus.
