About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/LLM ecosystems, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, Python-based development, and cloud-native deployments. This role requires both hands-on technical leadership and the ability to guide teams in building scalable AI-powered applications.
Required Skills
- Strong programming expertise in Python, including NumPy and Pandas.
- Deep understanding of Advanced GenAI Concepts and Agentic AI Frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar workflow and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Expertise in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI Systems.
- Strong experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in React.js for developing AI-driven user interfaces and enterprise applications.
- Experience with Vector Databases and AI Search Index implementations.
- Knowledge of AI Agents, Tool Calling, Fine-Tuning, and Model Customization. Experience in Cloud Application Integration & Deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of API development and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience in deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Large Language Models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral.
- Knowledge of React and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
- Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, and enterprise AI security.
- Experience in Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Services, or other enterprise domains.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
