Must-Have
- Proven experience as an AI/ML developer, with a focus on natural language processing and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with Azure AI services, particularly Azure OpenAI or Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques and generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with support operations or customer service processes is an advantage
