Market research across districts and villages

Competitor benchmarking (AgroStar, DeHaat, IndusTowers-type rural models)

Policy impact analysis (PMFBY, subsidies, crop economics)

Preparing research reports & dashboards for leadership

2. Operations & Supply Chain

Cluster-level operations planning

VLE network expansion (village mapping, demand planning

Monitoring district performance & making action plans

Solving on-ground issues with logistics, retailers, distributors

3. Agri Intelligence & Data

Basic data analysis (Excel, plotting trends, MIS reports)

Demand forecasting

Identifying crop-wise and region-wise product opportunities

4. Field Development

Conducting village visits, farmer meetings, surveys

VLE training programs

Identifying high-potential micro markets

5. Marketing & Communication

Creating communication material for rural campaigns

Conducting field events, demos, local influencer programs

Monitoring digital + offline marketing effectiveness

Key Responsibilities (Common Across Roles)

Collect insights from field, VLEs, farmers, and retailers.

Support leadership with presentations, expansion strategies, and district plans

Build frameworks and SOPs to standardize operations across districts.

Improve VLE performance through action-oriented analysis.

Ensure coordination across operations, sales, field team, and product team.
