Role Overview
The AGM – Solar Projects will be responsible for end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar power projects across Genedge’s portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and compliance with statutory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage execution of MW-scale solar projects from site mobilization to commissioning.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
- Oversee civil, electrical, and evacuation activities at the site.
- Liaison with DISCOMs, STU/CTU, and government authorities for approvals and grid connectivity.
- Track risks, resolve execution issues, and escalate where required.
- Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- BE / BTech (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil)
- Strong experience in utility-scale solar projects (EPC / IPP)
- Hands-on site execution exposure
- Good stakeholder and vendor management skills

Role Overview
The GM – Solar Projects will lead overall project execution strategy and delivery for Genedge’s solar portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, cost efficiency, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall ownership of multiple utility-scale solar projects.
- Define and drive project execution strategy, planning, and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor AGMs, Project Managers, and site teams.
- Ensure on-time commissioning and cost optimisation.
- Manage high-level coordination with DISCOMs, EPC partners, lenders, and authorities.
- Handle critical risks, escalations, and decision-making.
- Support management with technical and execution inputs for upcoming projects.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- BE / BTech (Electrical preferred)
- Proven experience handling large solar portfolios
- Strong techno-commercial and leadership exposure
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
