Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage all legal matters related to the company's iron & steel business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee commercial contract negotiations, trademark registration, and intellectual property rights protection.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for risk management, dispute resolution, and litigation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of legal considerations into business operations.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in a similar role within the iron & steel industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of commercials contracts, compliance monitoring, and intellectual property rights (IPR).
- Proven track record in managing complex legal cases involving trademarks disputes or other IPR issues.
