Job Description
Position: Gen AI Engineer / Senior Gen AI Engineer / Lead Gen AI Engineer
We are hiring experienced Generative AI Engineers to design and develop enterprise AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Python. The role involves building intelligent applications, integrating enterprise data, developing scalable APIs, and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop enterprise GenAI applications using LLMs.
- Build RAG-based solutions with Vector Databases.
- Develop AI Agents and Agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs.
- Design and optimize prompts for business use cases.
- Improve AI response accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Python (FastAPI/Flask)
- LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
- RAG, Embeddings, Chunking
- LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex
- AI Agents / MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS)
- REST APIs
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Gen AI Engineer: 2–5 years of relevant GenAI experience
- Senior Gen AI Engineer: 5–8 years of relevant GenAI experience
- Lead Gen AI Engineer: 10–15 years of relevant GenAI experience
