Gen AI Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML models, especially generative AI technologies like GPT, DALL E, Stable Diffusion, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that leverage generative models to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business objectives and drive innovation.

• Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on the benefits and limitations of generative AI solutions.
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions that align with business processes and technology roadmaps.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to others.
• Formulate innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes and systems.
• Solve complex or unusual problems in consideration of the potential impacts.
• Negotiate the needs of multiple users or business partners.
• Balance between IT standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
• Bachelor s in engineering, preferably from Tier-I institute.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fundamentals and operating principles of architecture.
• In-depth understanding of the companys products, services, and business processes.
• Ability to manage business partner expectations at a senior level.
• Experience in managing vendors necessary to complete a project.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.
• Master s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in current and future technology architecture, including the interoperability of technologies.
• Specialized software knowledge in AI development and architecture.
• Experience in leading and managing large-scale AI projects.
• Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a variety of industries.
