JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for Senior Software Engineer who have hands-on Generative AI to drive innovation and delivery of Gen AI solutions across business units.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead end-to-end development of Gen AI solutions including model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to identify use cases and deliver scalable Gen AI applications.
• Architect and implement solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude), multimodal models, and custom pipelines.
• Drive prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible model usage.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a Gen AI Center of Excellence.
• Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, and generative modeling techniques.

QUALIFICATION

• Master s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 5 + Years of exp in developing and implementing Gen AI solutions.
• Experience in domain-specific Gen AI applications (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, or multimodal AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools..
• Experienced in providing technical solutions and working closely with architecture and dev teams to derive the desired outcome.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Lead end-to-end development of Gen AI solutions including model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Should be well versed with agile framework like Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe (Optional)
• Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, and generative modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering Gen AI solutions in production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to identify use cases and deliver scalable Gen AI applications.
• Architect and implement solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude), multimodal models, and custom pipelines.
• Drive prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible model usage.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a Gen AI Center of Excellence.
