Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and prompt engineering
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, RLHF)
Experience with vector databases and embeddings models
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience in deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures
Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and machine learning fundamentals

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.)
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for domain-specific use cases
Build and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and inference
Develop applications using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks
Integrate GenAI capabilities into products via APIs and microservices architectures
Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for semantic search and retrieval
Ensure model performance, scalability, reliability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to define AI-driven features
Monitor and improve model outputs through feedback loops and evaluation metrics
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and GenAI ecosystems
