Role & responsibilities
- 5+ years building and delivering enterprise-grade software/automation solutions in complex environments, ideally Financial Services; proven AWS production delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on engineering across cloud intelligent automation (AI, agentic workflows, robotics, IDP, workflow orchestration), with end-to-end ownership (design build test release hypercare).
- Practical experience with ML/AI and agentic frameworks: Strands, LangChain, AutoGen, A2A (or similar) to orchestrate real-world automation outcomes.
- Hands-on experience using Amazon Bedrock as the foundation for agentic AI solutions on AWS, aligning LLM/agent capabilities to real automation outcomes.
