Gen AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Generative AI & Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI systems powered by LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents. The candidate will work on building autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems, and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI (Core Responsibilities)

• Build and deploy LLM-based applications (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.)
• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for better outputs
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Work with vector databases & embeddings for contextual AI
• Fine-tune models and improve response accuracy and latency
• Integrate LLM APIs into products (chatbots, copilots, automation tools)

Agentic AI Responsibilities (Key Differentiator)

• Design and build AI agents that can plan, reason, and execute tasks
• Develop multi-agent workflows (planner, executor, retriever, tools)
• Implement tool calling / API integrations for agents
• Build systems for:
• Decision-making
• Goal-oriented execution
• Autonomous task handling
• Monitor agent behavior, reliability, and performance

Agentic AI systems focus on autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution, not just response generation

Engineering & System Responsibilities

• Build scalable AI pipelines and APIs (FastAPI, Flask)
• Integrate external systems (databases, APIs, enterprise tools)
• Optimize AI systems for performance, cost, and scalability
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
• Ensure AI safety, reliability, and monitoring

Primary Skills Required (Must-have)

1. Core Programming

• Python (mandatory)
• API development (FastAPI / Flask)
• System design basics

2. Generative AI / LLM Skills

• LLMs: GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama
• Prompt Engineering
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Embeddings & Vector databases

GenAI developers must handle prompting, model evaluation, and LLM integration

3. Agentic AI Skills (High Priority)

• AI Agents / Agentic AI
• Multi-agent systems
• Planning & reasoning workflows
• Tool calling / function execution

4. Frameworks & Tools

• LangChain
• LangGraph
